- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

- 1 cup cream cheese 8oz/225g
- cup bittersweet chocolate melted and cooled, 1 1/2oz/43g
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 cup cream cheese 8oz/225g
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons parsley dried or fresh
- 1 tablespoon dried onion
