Chocolate and Peanut Butter Popsicles

These Chocolate and Peanut Butter Popsicles are the ultimate treat for anyone who loves rich, creamy indulgence. With just 15 minutes of prep and a few hours in the freezer, you’ll have a refreshing dessert that’s both satisfying and easy to make.

- 1 cup smooth peanut butter 8oz/225g
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt 4oz/115g
- 3/4 cup milk 6floz/170ml
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup chocolate, chopped 6oz/170g
- Salted peanuts, finely chopped
Whisk together the peanut butter, yogurt, milk, and sugar until smooth and combined.
Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds then insert your popsicle sticks.
Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid or preferrably overnight.
For the chocolate coating: Microwave the chocolate until melted, stirring every 20 seconds. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
To remove the popsicles from the molds run under warm water to for about 5 seconds and gently pul on the popsicle stick.
Before serving dip each popsicle in the chocolate then sprinkle with the chopped peanuts.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer for up to 8 weeks.
