These Funfetti Rice Krispies Treats are a playful twist on a classic, combining the nostalgic crunch of crispy cereal with the joyful burst of colorful sprinkles. In just 23 minutes, you can create a treat that’s as fun to make as it is to eat, with a chewy, gooey texture that’s perfectly balanced by the light, airy crunch.

- 5 ½ cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 ½ cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips plus an extra handful for topping (optional)
- ¼ cup butter
- 5 cups marshmallows
Line a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the Rice Krispies cereal, Fruity Pebbles cereal and 1 cup (6 oz/170 g) white chocolate chips. Set aside.
Add the butter and marshmallows into a large, microwave-safe bowl and cook on high for 30-seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the marshmallows are melted. This will take 2-3 minutes.
Carefully fold the cereal mixture into the melted marshmallows until fully coated, taking care not to crush the cereal.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and very gently spread and flatten into an even layer. If desired, sprinkle a few more white chocolate chips over the top, pressing down gently to help them adhere.
Let the Rice Krispie treat set for an hour before cutting into squares. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
