Base Overnight Oats Recipe
- ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats 1½ oz/43 g
- ½ cup milk of choice 4 fl oz/120 ml
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt 2 oz/57 g
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Banana Nutella Overnight Oats
- 2 tablespoons Nutella
- 1 tablespoon hazelnuts chopped
- ½ banana diced
- 1 tablespoon bittersweet chocolate chopped
PB and J Overnight Oats
- 2 tablespoons jam flavor of choice
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon peanuts chopped
Apple Pie Overnight Oats
- ½ small apple diced
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon pecans chopped
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Make the base recipe: In a small bowl or jar, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup.
Add in the mix-ins of your choice.
Cover and let rest overnight (or for at least 8 hours).
