Homemade Frozen Yogurt in 5 Minutes (No Machine)

Homemade frozen yogurt has never been easier or more delicious than with this 5-minute, no-machine recipe. Best of all, it’s ready to enjoy after just 6 hours in the freezer, making it an ideal make-ahead dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

Frozen Yogurt Base

  • 1/4 cup full fat plain yogurt 2 oz/57 g
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or agave nectar)

Flavor Variations

  • 2 cups frozen fruit of your choice 10 oz/284 g
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add the yogurt, honey, frozen fruit and lemon juice into a food processor (or liquidizer) and process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left
  • Transfer the frozen yogurt to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum 6 hours but preferably overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.
