Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup whole milk 4 fl oz/120 ml
  • 2 tablespoons malt powder
  • 6 scoops raspberry ice cream 15 oz/425 g
  • ½ cup raspberries 2½ oz/71 g
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, first add the milk, then the malt powder, followed by the ice cream and raspberries.
  • Blend on high speed until fully combined.
  • Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream. Serve immediately with a straw.
