How To Make Strawberry Whipped Cream

Strawberry whipped cream is the ultimate way to elevate desserts with a burst of fruity sweetness and velvety texture. In just five minutes, you can create a luscious topping that’s light, airy, and infused with the vibrant flavor of fresh strawberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream 8 fl oz/240 ml
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam 5 oz/142 g
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add the cream, jam, and lemon juice to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment (or use a medium bowl and a handheld electric whisk).
  • Whip on low speed until combined, then slowly increase the speed to medium and then high as the cream thickens.
  • Stop beating when soft peaks form, after about 3 minutes. Store in the refrigerator and use within 8 hours.
