How To Make Waffles Without A Waffle Maker

Who says you need a waffle maker to enjoy golden, crispy waffles? In under 30 minutes, you’ll have a stack of warm, buttery waffles ready to be drizzled with syrup or topped with fresh fruit.

Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour 10oz/284g
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk 12 fl oz/340ml
- 6 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pre-heat your oven to 350°F (180°C) then lightly grease your GoodCook Sweet Creations Waffle Cake Pan with butter or vegetable oil. Set aside.
In a large bowl add in your dry ingredients: Flour, baking powder, sugar, salt.
In a separate jug, combine the wet ingredients: eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not be tempted to overmix. Lumps in the batter are ok, they have a way of working themselves out.
Divide the batter evenly amongst the 6 wells of the GoodCook Sweet Creations Waffle Cake Pan.
Bake for about 15-18 minutes until the waffles are a golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before transferring to a plate and serving. To serve top with berries and maple syrup.
Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
