These Mint Chocolate Chip Popsicles are a refreshing escape, blending cool mint with rich chocolate in every bite.
With just 10 minutes of prep and a few hours in the freezer, you’ll have a batch of vibrant, indulgent popsicles ready to enjoy.

- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoons mint extract
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate, chopped
- Green food coloring if desired
Whisk together the yogurt, milk, mint extract, and sugar.
Add in enough green food colouring to reach your desired shade.
Stir in the chocolate chips, then pour the mixture evenly into 6 popsicle molds.
Insert your popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid or preferably overnight.
To remove the popsicles from the mold run under warm water for about 5 seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to release.
Enjoy immediately, or store in the freezer for up to 8 weeks.
