Ingredients
  

  • 1 ⅓ cups bittersweet chocolate (72% cocoa solids) (chopped)
  • 3 ½ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup cream
  • ¾ cup Bailey's Irish cream

Instructions
 

  • In a heavy-bottomed saucepan bring the chopped chocolate, milk, and cream to a gentle simmer. As it starts to bubble whisk it and watch it thicken.
  • Once the chocolate has melted, pull it off the heat and stir in the Bailey's Irish cream. Taste. If you would like a little more Bailey's add it in.
  • Serve hot with frozen whipped cream or marshmallows.
